This lovely lady has been attending 1-1 Personal Training sessions for a few years now and her fitness level has improved immensely. She now comes online for her sessions 4 times per week. Her health & fitness journey has been a bit of a rollercoaster but she never gives up and the results prove that in both her physical and mental health. A full-time mother of 4 who still finds time to train and try her very best. This lady is an inspiration to all mothers looking to lose weight, get fit and feel good about themselves whilst juggling all the other challenges of life. A true pleasure to have as part of the team!
