I am a female Personal Trainer & Online Group Fitness instructor offering 1-1 training from my private, well-equipped studio in Dunfermline. My specialisms are in Hiit, Resistance training & Core Strength fitness instruction. These combined aid weight loss or maintenance & general strength building and body toning.

My 1-1 sessions are very private, comfortable and all sessions are personalised to you. We move at a pace you are ready for. Our studio is very well equipped, clean and spacious.

I also started offering a lot of fitness training virtually in 2020 and many people have found they enjoy this style of training in the comfort of their homes. Small group online classes are available to attend using the Zoom Platform. Personal Training can also be delivered in this format if this is your preference or you cannot access the studio.

My Expertise & Specialties

I became a qualified fitness instructor in 2015 and have been instructing a variety of group fitness classes since then across Fife and online.  I went on to train and qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2018 and have a nutrition certification to help you reach your health and fitness goals. In 2022 I went on to study and achieve my Level 4 Diploma in Exercise/GP Referrals so I have lots of knowledge in specialist medical conditions and how to help you train safely and effectively.

I was previously a baton twirling & dance coach and instructed children & young adults for over 20 years from the age of 13. This led me on to becoming a fitness instructor for all ages and abilities. 

My background is in education and child welfare, so I have a lot of experience in promoting good mental health and establishing healthy routines. I obtained a counselling qualification in 2006 and went on to study and become certified in Life Coaching and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in 2022.
