Here at Tracey's Hiit2Fit we offer a variety of Online Fitness Classes as well as 1-1, Pair and Small Group Personal Training sessions which can also take place online or in person at our studio.

Online Classes

Our online fitness classes take place live on zoom and change weekly. We offer High Intensity Interval Training (Hiit),  Cardiovascular and Resistance Training and Core Toning exercise for all ages and abilities.  All the exercises in each online class can be adapted to your own fitness level.  Each class is only 30-40mins so short, effective and definitely something you can fit into your day.

Studio PT

1-1, Pair and Small group Personal Training options are available at our studio in Dunfermline Fife.

Online PT

If you cannot attend the studio or prefer to train at home we also offer Personal Training online via zoom. 

Join the session from your home, office or even on your holiday. There are no barriers to training with us.

By booking in here you will also receive the zoom code directly via email. It's really easy to set-up and join us and we are always happy to help!

FAQs

We offer 1-1, pair and small group fitness sessions in a private setting. Each session is personalised to you, and we move at a pace you are ready for.

A personal trainer is an individual who creates and delivers safe and effective exercise programs.

All ages and ability levels are catered for. All exercises can be regressed or progressed.
If you have any injuries or disabilities, don’t worry, there is still plenty options available. 

Session numbers depend on availability and your budget but the more you can do, the quicker this will help you get the results you are looking for.

There are weekly and monthly options available depending on the number of sessions you do. A full price list can be given on request. 

You don’t need to bring anything as the studio is fully equipped however, please wear something comfortable to train in, bring some water and a sweat towel and any medication required. 

Results will depend on your frequency and commitment to your personal training sessions but within 3-6 months you will see an improvement in muscular fitness and your cardiovascular fitness will improve weekly.

We offer a range of fitness classes specialising in HIIT, Strength Training and Core work.
Outdoor training is offered during Spring/Summer months

Nutrition advice and a plan can be created for you. This can be part of your Personal Training Plan or we also can do this for a one off fee.
