Tracey’s Hiit2Fit offers a variety of Online Fitness Classes as well as 1-1, Pair and Small Group Personal Training sessions which can take place online or in person at our private fitness studio.

Online Classes

We run our online fitness classes live on Zoom and update them on a weekly basis. We provide High Intensity Interval Training (Hiit), Cardiovascular and Resistance Training, and Core Toning exercises suitable for people of all ages and abilities. You can adapt all the exercises in each online class to match your own fitness level, ensuring they are suitable for everyone. These classes are short, lasting only 30-40 minutes, making them highly efficient and easy to fit into your daily schedule.

Studio PT

We offer Private Personal Training at our private, well-equipped, and spacious studio in Dunfermline Fife, in case online fitness classes are not your preference.

Online PT

We also provide online Personal Training sessions via Zoom for those who are unable to attend the studio or prefer to train at home.

You can join the session from the comfort of your own home, office, or even while on holiday. There are no barriers to training with us, so simply hop online and let’s get started.

PT & Online Fitness

We provide 1-1, pair, and small group fitness sessions in a private setting. We personalise each session to suit your needs and tailor the pace to your readiness.

A personal trainer actively designs and delivers exercise programs that are safe and effective.

We cater to all ages and ability levels, offering exercises that can be regressed or progressed. If you have any injuries or disabilities, rest assured that there are still plenty of options available

The number of sessions depends on availability and your budget, but the more you can do, the quicker you will achieve the results you are looking for.

You don’t need to bring anything as the studio is fully equipped however, please wear something comfortable to train in, bring some water and a sweat towel and any medication required. 

Your frequency and commitment to your personal training sessions will determine the results, but you can expect to see an improvement in muscular fitness within 3-6 months. Additionally, your cardiovascular fitness will progressively improve on a weekly basis.

We offer a range of fitness classes specialising in HIIT, Strength Training and Core work.
Outdoor training is offered during Spring/Summer months

We can provide nutrition advice and a plan specifically for you. This can be included as part of your Personal Training Plan or can be provided separately for a one-time fee.
