Hello and welcome,
I am Tracey who will be delivering your fitness training. Here is a little bit about me and what we offer.
I became a qualified fitness instructor in 2015 and have been instructing many group fitness classes since then across Fife. I went on to train and qualify as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2018 and have a nutrition certification to help you reach your health and fitness goals. In 2022 I went on to receive my Level 4 Diploma in Exercise/GP Referrals so I have lots of knowledge in specialist medical conditions and how to help you train safely and effectively.
I offer 1-1, Pair and Small Group training from my private, well-equipped studio in Dunfermline. I also can provide online training if this is your preference.
I specialise in Hiit, Resistance training & Core Strength for weight loss or maintenance & general strength building and body toning.
I was previously a baton twirling & dance coach and instructed children & young adults for over 20 years.
My background is also in education and child welfare, so I have a lot of experience in promoting good mental health and establishing healthy routines. I obtained a counselling qualification in 2006.
My 1-1 sessions are very private, comfortable and all sessions are personalised to you. We move at a pace you are ready for. Our studio is very well equipped, clean and spacious.
I started offering a lot of training virtually about 2 years ago and many people have found they enjoy this style of training in the comfort of their homes, so small group classes are still available to attend using the Zoom Platform.
