Here at Tracey's Hiit2Fit we offer a variety of Online Fitness Classes as well as 1-1, Pair and Small Group Personal Training sessions which can also take place online or in person at our studio. Our online classes change weekly and we offer High Intensity Interval Training (Hiit
), Cardiovascular and Resistance Training and Core Toning exercise for all ages and abilities. Our online classes are also child friendly. Our current classes can be seen below on the timetable.
All the exercises in each online fitness class can adapted to your own fitness level and regressions and progressions will be shown throughout the session so you can choose the option which suits you best. Work within your own capabilities, have fun and because our classes change each week you will never get bored or plateau. Each class is only 30-40mins also so short, effective and definitely something you can fit into your day. If the time doesn't suit, get in touch and we can also arrange a recording for you to do in your own time. We have options for everyone!

Our small group online fitness classes take place live on zoom 3 days per week straight to you wherever you have the space and comfort to work out with us. Join the group from your home, office or even on your holiday. There are no barriers to training with us. You can even get the whole family involved and work out together.
